Abrar is a bilingual Saudi lawyer fluent in both English and Arabic, with a Bachelor of Law degree in General Law from Prince Mohammed bin Fahad University in Khobar. With a strong background in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, foreign investment, labor law, and liquidation, she has built a reputation for providing exceptional legal services to clients.

Before joining our firm, Abrar gained valuable work experience at two leading local law firms, Alsalem & Alzamnan and Dossary, as well as at Almana, one of the largest medical companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she worked as a legal specialist.

Abrar’s expertise covers a wide range of legal areas, including corporate and commercial law, labor dispute settlement, and foreign investment law, with a particular focus on the medical, oil and gas, and construction sectors. Her experience includes advising a national health management company on transactional and operational legal matters, providing legal advice and representation to clients in front of various courts in Saudi Arabia, and providing foreign companies with legal opinions related to starting e-commerce businesses in Saudi Arabia.
